the staff were very professional and offered us an airy room with comfortable bed. had climate control, floor to ceiling windows and blinds. location: the hotel was near fedenza village outlet, and good restaurants within walking distance.

The location is convenient for travelers! The breakfast was good, boasting the best bread we encountered on our Italian road trip.

Really good staff friendliness made us feel welcomed.
The air conditioning was a constant source of frustration. It kept turning off at night, and with the windows locked, we were stuck in a sweltering 27-degree room. When I mentioned the issue to the receptionist, her indifferent response was shocking. She didn't even apologize or offer to help resolve the discomfort. This lack of concern really affected our experience.

Shopping vibes in Fidenza 🛍️
Location is on point, just a hop to the outlets! The brekkie had the best bread ever. I was vibing. Rooms are lekker spacious and comfy. Felt at home, like a solid bush lodge!
But ag man, the aircon was way too warm, a bit of a hassle during the night.
